We want you to know exactly when your order will arrive. Below you will find our processing times, estimated delivery windows, carrier information, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit. We do not pad our estimates — these are realistic timeframes based on our actual fulfilment data.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone (ET)) on a business day are processed and handed to our carrier the same day or the next business day. The standard processing window is 1–2 business days. During seasonal peaks (November–December and major sale events), processing may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited and express options are available at checkout where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and are displayed before you complete payment — no hidden fees.

Express Shipping

Need it faster? We offer express shipping: 1–3 business days at $29.99. Select the express option at checkout to upgrade your delivery speed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–18 business days after dispatch, with EU and UK orders usually arriving at the faster end of that range (see below). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees collected by the carrier on delivery; these are paid by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Depending on destination-country regulations, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.

EU Delivery Information

Standard delivery to the European Union takes 7–18 business days from dispatch. EU orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees collected on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Products that require an EU-established responsible economic operator under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) are not offered for sale to consumers in the EU/EEA. Only items outside the scope of GPSR Art. 16 are available for EU delivery.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom takes 7–18 business days from dispatch. As with all international shipments, UK orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by HMRC and the carrier and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Carriers

We work with established carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. The specific carrier is selected at the time of dispatch based on the most reliable and cost-effective option for your location.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status anytime at tabularaaza.shop/pages/track-order.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any conditions or thresholds are stated clearly on-site. We do not inflate product prices to subsidise "free" shipping.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@tabularaaza.shop or call +1 (269) 767-3183. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If you realise your address was wrong after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@tabularaaza.shop — we can often update it before dispatch.
