Where to Find Your Order Number
Your order number was included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It typically starts with a "#" followed by a series of numbers (e.g., #1042). Check your inbox for an email from tabularaaza with the subject line "Order Confirmed."
Where to Find Your Tracking Number
Once your order has been dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received this email, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at support@tabularaaza.shop.
Tracking Status Explained
- Order Confirmed: We have received your order and it is being prepared.
- Processing: Your order is being picked, packed, and labelled.
- Shipped / In Transit: Your order has been handed to the carrier and is on its way.
- Out for Delivery: The carrier is delivering your package today.
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the address on file.
My Tracking Has Not Updated
Carrier tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, especially for international shipments. If your tracking has not updated in more than 3 business days, contact us at support@tabularaaza.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
My Package Shows "Delivered" But I Did Not Receive It
First, check with neighbours, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted the package. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days at support@tabularaaza.shop — we will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue.
