Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have a clear and fair returns process. No fine print, no runaround.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason. The item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from their description
  • Incorrect items (we shipped the wrong product)

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (clearly indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or are missing original tags and packaging

Product-Specific Return Exceptions

The following products have specific return rules that differ from our standard policy:

  • Intimates and swimwear: final sale, no returns for hygiene reasons.
  • Pierced jewelry: final sale, no returns for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or custom-made products: non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit tabularaaza.shop/pages/track-order and click "Start a Return," or email returns@tabularaaza.shop with your order number.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide a return shipping label and instructions within one business day.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

For returns within United States, the return shipping cost is $5.99 – $14.99 depending on package weight and size. This amount is deducted from your refund once the returned item has been received and inspected. Free returns are available on orders over $150. For defective items or items shipped in error, return shipping is always free regardless of order value or location.

International returns: for orders shipped outside United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs or duty fees incurred on the return leg, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error — in which case we cover return shipping and any associated fees regardless of destination.

Order Cancellation

Because orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone (ET)) are typically handed to the carrier the same business day, cancellation requests must reach us before the order has entered processing. To request a cancellation, email support@tabularaaza.shop immediately with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled through our standard returns process.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Banks/payment providers may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and we will send you an email confirmation when it has been issued.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. We will process your refund as soon as the original item is received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us at returns@tabularaaza.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our confirmation email (5 business days for our processing plus up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit), first check the account associated with your original payment method. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@tabularaaza.shop and we will investigate immediately.

Subscription Products

We do not currently offer subscription products. All purchases are one-time transactions unless otherwise stated on the product page.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies alongside our 30-day return window. To exercise this right, notify us by email at returns@tabularaaza.shop or by post before the 14-day period expires. We will refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment. For EU/UK statutory withdrawals, this 14-day limit overrides our general refund processing window.

UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This starts the day after you receive your order. To cancel, contact us at returns@tabularaaza.shop. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Australian Consumer Law

If you are an Australian consumer, you have non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

Please do not ship returns to the office address above. Each return is routed to the appropriate fulfilment facility, which may differ from our registered office. The correct return address will be provided in the return authorisation email after you start a return.
