This policy explains how payments are processed, what payment methods we accept, and how billing works when you make a purchase from tabularaaza.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may vary depending on customer region, device, and order eligibility. The methods we currently support include:
- PayPal
We may add, remove, or temporarily disable payment methods at any time without prior notice. Some methods may be unavailable for certain product categories, order values, or jurisdictions.
Pricing Transparency
The full cost of your order — including product price, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges — is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add hidden fees or post-purchase charges.
Billing Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your funding source is denominated in a different currency, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee outside our control.
Subscription & Recurring Billing
tabularaaza does not currently offer subscription or recurring billing products. All purchases are one-time transactions. If we introduce subscription options in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and recurring billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Invoices
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase, serving as your receipt. For a formal invoice, contact us at support@tabularaaza.shop with your order number and we will provide one within two business days. All invoices include the order total, itemised product list, shipping cost, taxes, and our business details.
Payment Security
Your payment information is protected by industry-standard security measures:
- PCI-DSS Compliant Processors: All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (PayPal). We do not see, store, or have access to full payment card or bank account numbers.
- SSL/TLS Encryption: Every page on our website is secured with SSL/TLS encryption, ensuring all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted.
- Fraud Prevention: We use automated fraud detection tools to protect both you and our business from unauthorised transactions.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, a hold from your card issuer or payment provider, or a verification step required by the processor. Please verify your account status with your payment provider and try again, or contact us at support@tabularaaza.shop if the issue persists.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in US Dollars (USD). Banks and payment providers may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.
