Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders within United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders take 7–18 business days. Processing time is 1–2 business days before handoff to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order size. The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. We occasionally run free shipping promotions, which are clearly marked on-site.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Depending on destination-country regulations, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are typically collected by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@tabularaaza.shop and we will do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. Visit tabularaaza.shop/pages/track-order to start a return, or email returns@tabularaaza.shop.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Banks/payment providers may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return the original and place a new order. Your refund is issued as soon as we receive the return.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Contact us at returns@tabularaaza.shop within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Are your product images accurate?
We photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, but we aim for the closest possible representation. Dimensions and materials are listed on each product page.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email support@tabularaaza.shop and we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption on every page, and payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not see, store, or have access to full payment card or bank account numbers.
